By accessing and using IoT Guardian's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
IoT Guardian provides security posture monitoring and incident explanation services for IoT devices. We offer real-time threat detection, security analytics, and comprehensive visibility into your IoT infrastructure's security status.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, ensuring your IoT devices are properly configured for monitoring, implementing recommended security measures, and promptly responding to security alerts and incidents.
IoT Guardian commits to 99.9% uptime for our monitoring services. We provide 24/7 security monitoring with sub-100ms detection latency. Detailed SLA terms are provided in your service agreement.
All content, features, and functionality of the IoT Guardian platform are owned by IoT Guardian and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
IoT Guardian provides security monitoring services but cannot guarantee prevention of all security incidents. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will retain access to your data for 90 days before it is permanently deleted.
